Smoky Hill High School and incentaHEALTH Team Up for First Annual “Fitness for Life” Fair.

DENVER, CO — (MARKET WIRE) — March 21, 2007 — Smoky Hill High School is presenting their first annual “Fitness for Life” fair featuring incentaHEALTH as the keynote speaker.

incentaHEALTH, who is known for their patent-pending program designed to help employees lose weight and develop healthy lifestyle habits, is reaching out to the schools via the launch of the incentaHEALTH@School program. “Our corporate wellness programs have been extremely successful in the workplace. Since today’s students love technology, it is a perfect fit to reach out to today’s youths with an Internet-based lifestyle program,” said Jack Rule, CEO of incentaHEALTH. “With physical education on the decline in many schools, we need to explore as many healthy alternatives as possible.”

“Childhood obesity is becoming an epidemic and something must be done to help these kids,” said Courtney Lake, Client Manager and Fitness Advisor for incentaHEALTH. “We’re excited to introduce this pilot program to the students and faculty of Smoky Hill High School.”

Students and faculty will be attending one of two presentations by incentaHEALTH to learn more about creating a healthy lifestyle. Students and faculty will then have the option of signing up for the program and will receive customized daily coaching which offers a daily regimen for what to eat and how to exercise. The coaching will be delivered by e-mail each morning. Participants will also have access to Fitness Advisors via phone and e-mail for one-on-one assistance with the program.

Wade Manning, former professional football player for the Denver Broncos and current Health teacher for SHHS says, “the Fitness for Life program is a great opportunity for students and teachers to learn the importance of fitness and nutrition and how it plays a role in the long term quality of life.”

“It’s important to start making the right decisions about eating healthy and exercising early on in life. This way, you’ll create excellent habits that last a lifetime” says Valerie Dascenza, Client Manager and Fitness Advisor for incentaHEALTH.
