Denver, Colo. – February 27, 2008 – incentaHEALTH has been invited to conduct an online webinar on the topic of incentive-based weight management strategies. The presentation, titled “Balancing the Scales: Strategies to Optimizing Weight Management Programs,” is hosted by Corporate Research Group based in New Rochelle, New York.

During the event Todd McGuire, COO/CTO for incentaHEALTH, will present a strategy for designing and implementing a turnkey wellness program. A central design principle will be the use of the 4R model to objectively measure program Reach, Retention, Results and ROI without relying on self-reported data. In addition, an approach using tailored 365 day sequential email coaching will be demonstrated as a way to economically deliver highly customized coaching to large employee populations.

Todd will also discuss the role of automated biometric performance measures using kiosks as a means to improve measurability and allow for the payment of cash incentives tied to performance.

Jenny Quinn, Wellness Specialist for The Accident Fund Insurance Company of America, will also be presenting a case study showcasing her organization’s use of incentaHEALTH and other wellness programs to improve the health and productivity of her workforce over the past four years.
