WASHINGTON, DC, September 27, 2010 -Jack Rule, CEO of incentaHEALTH, will speak at the 5th Annual World Obesity Congress in Washington, DC. The event is being hosted by The World Health Care Congress Leadership Summit and is being held at the Washington Hilton from September 28-30, 2010.
