Smoky Hill High School and incentaHEALTH Team Up for Second Annual “Fitness for Life” Fair DENVER, CO – March 26, 2008 – Smoky Hill High School is presenting their second annual “Fitness for Life” fair featuring incentaHEALTH fitness advisor's as the keynote speakers. incentaHEALTH, known for their patent-pending program designed to help employees lose weight and develop healthy lifestyle habits, is reaching out to the local schools in order to help teenagers incorporate healthy eating and exercise into their daily routine. “Our corporate wellness programs have been extremely successful in the workplace,” said Jack Rule, CEO of incentaHEALTH, “and, with physical education on the decline and childhood obesity on the rise, we need to explore as many healthy alternatives for all demographics as possible.” Students and faculty will be attending one of two presentations by incentaHEALTH to learn more about creating a healthy lifestyle. The presentation will give people tools for everyday life to be healthier, have more energy, and sustain long-term health. Wade Manning, former NFL player for the Denver Broncos and current Health teacher for SHHS says, “The Fitness for Life program is a great opportunity for students and teachers to learn the importance of fitness and nutrition and how it plays a role in the long term quality of life.” “It’s important that we reach out to as many youth as possible,” says Valerie Dascenza, Client Manager and Fitness Advisor for incentaHEALTH. “The earlier the kids learn about healthy eating and regular exercise, the easier it will be for them to create lifelong habits.” CONTACTS
