To keep a consumer engaged, information must be available at the touch of a button or swipe of a screen. Not only is this transforming our personal lives but also the way we approach wellness.

Every two years, incentaHEALTH surveys a portion of its customers to find out what’s on their mind when it comes to mobile and social media and wellness. We’ve been asking this question in our 2010, 2012 and now our 2014 survey.   As you can see in the infographic below, health and fitness it at the top of the list mobile apps that consumers are looking for.
